We are Kate Newhall-Smith and Stephanie Owens, Salem’s economic development planners.  Whether you are a new, existing, or expanding business in Salem, we are here to assist and support you. 

Our goal is to work with the business community and our economic development partners to promote Salem as a place for businesses of all types and sizes. We are dedicated to ensuring positive economic growth that contributes to the community’s well-being, fosters prosperity, creates new job opportunities, and enhances the quality of life in Salem.
